Entrepot Trade Program
China → Malaysia → USA: a legal answer to tariff increases.
Response to tariff increases: “Chinese port → Malaysian port → American port.” Through the third-country transit method, import tariffs such as Section 301 and anti-dumping duties can be reasonably reduced while optimizing supply-chain costs.
Applicable products: Chinese goods subject to high tariffs, such as electronic products, machinery, textiles and high-value goods.
In 2024, our Malaysian branch completed more than 150 40GP and 20GP containers to the United States, more than 144 to Europe and more than 96 to India — an average of 35 containers per month on the re-export trade plan.
